Description of the proofreading process
The participants of the proofreading process: four reviewers take part in the proofreading process of an article. Two of them are public reviewers, and the other two reviewers take part in the process of blind peer-reviewing.
The role of the public reviewers is: that they are involved by the Author, and they help the work of the author until the submission of the article. Their names will be published in the journal. They do the proofreading as volunteers without payment.
The role of the reviewers of the blind peer-reviewing process: they are invited by the Editorial Board of the Journal, and they proofread the article after its submission. Their names will be unknown to the authors and the readers.
The script of the proofreading process is:
Phase I: steps before submission of an article
Step 1:
The authors invite two public reviewers, and they send their articles to the public reviewers before submission.
Step 2:
Public reviewers give suggestions to the authors, and they work together until the final and submittable version of the article.
Step 3:
Public reviewers fill in the statement of proofreading. This statement contains the next points: 1) the name of the authors, 2) title of the article, 3) recommendation about the publishing of the article, 4) a statement that the journal is not required to pay for proofreading, 5) a statement that their name may appear in the paper as the reviewers of the article, 6) name of the public reviewers, 7) affiliation of the public reviewers (e.g. name of their workplace), 8) contact data of the public reviewers, 9) signatures of the public reviewers, 10) date.
Step 4:

Step 5:
Authors submit the article (editable .doc or .docx format) and the statements of authors and public viewers (its format can be .jpg or .pdf or paper).
Phase II: steps after submission of an article
Step 1:
The editorial board invites two proofreaders for peer-reviewing before publishing the article. They are called anonymous reviewers below.
Step 2:
After the submission of an article, Anonymous reviewers give suggestions to the authors, and they work together until the final and publishable version of the article. The editorial board mediates between authors and anonymous reviewers.
Step 3:
Anonymous reviewers fill in the statement of proofreading. This statement contains the next points: 1) the name of the authors, 2) title of the article, 3) recommendation about the publishing of the article, 4) a statement that the journal is not required to pay for proofreading, 5) a statement that their name may not appear in the paper as the reviewers of the article, 6) name of the anonymous reviewers, 7) affiliation of the anonymous reviewers (e.g. name of their workplace), 8) contact data of the anonymous reviewers, 9) signatures of the anonymous reviewers, 10) date.
Step 4:
Anonymous reviewers submit their statements (their format can be .jpg or .pdf or paper) to the editorial board.

Ethics and Malpractice
This journal is an electronic peer-reviewed international journal committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics. In order to provide our readers with a journal of the highest quality, we declare our commitment to the principles outlined in this Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement. All articles not in accordance with these standards will be removed from the publication if malpractice is discovered at any time, even after publication. The Journal also checks for plagiarism and research fabrication (invention of research data); falsification (manipulation of existing research data, tables, or images), and improper use of humans or animals in research. In accordance with the code of conduct, the Journal will report any cases of suspected plagiarism or duplicate publishing. The Journal reserves the right to use plagiarism detecting software (iThenticate Plagiarism Software-CrossCheck) to screen submitted papers at all times. Submissions are compared against several databases.
Only submissions by one of the authors will be accepted. The submitting author will take responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review. The submitting author can contact info@kpluszf.com for support. Authors must ensure that they have written original works. In addition, they must ensure that the manuscript has not been published elsewhere. Any work or passages written by other authors, contributors, or sources should be appropriately credited and referenced. Authors are also responsible for language editing before submitting the article. Authors submitting their works to the journal for publication as original articles confirm that the submitted works represent their authors’ contributions and have not been copied or plagiarized in whole or in part from other works without clearly citing. Any work or passages written by other authors, contributors, or sources (including online sites) should be appropriately credited and referenced. All authors should disclose financial or any other conflict(s) of interest that might influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript (financial support for the project should be disclosed). When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author’s obligation to promptly notify the journal editor and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper. An author agrees to the license agreement before submitting the article. All articles must be submitted using the online submission procedure. Submitting a paper simultaneously to more than one publication at a time is a breach of publication ethics.
Editors will strive to prevent any potential conflict of interests between the author and editorial and review personnel. Editors will also ensure that all information relating to submitted manuscripts is kept confidential before publishing. The Editor-in-Chief will coordinate the work of the editors.
Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on content without regard to the ethnic origin, gender, sexual orientation, citizenship, religious belief, or political philosophy of the authors. They must ensure that all information related to submitted manuscripts is kept confidential and must report to the Editor-in-Chief if they are aware of any copyright infringement and/or plagiarism on the part of the author. They must evaluate the submitted works objectively as well as present their opinions on the works in a clear way in the review form. A reviewer who feels unqualified to review the research reported in a manuscript or knows that its prompt review will be impossible should notify the Editor-in-Chief and excuse him/herself from the review process.
